Happy Halloween 2008

What a great turn out for our Halloween portraits in front of Nanytutu's Yarn Shop in Wellington. Thanks to all who visited. The trick or treaters looked great and we had such wonderful weather it is hard to believe it will get cold enough to snow in a few weeks. Laurie and I did super awesome! My favorite challenge was the little
mini bikes at Lee's cyclery. It was hard but fun! The food from the
Rio rocked too. Can't wait until next year!

around 1:37. Wow! Soooooo awesome!

Ohhh baby! Won't Laurie look so awesome in her new outfit! We ran our
mile time trial tonight. Laurie ran 11min 28 sec. And I came in at 12
min and 15 secs. It's time to go eat! Yeah!

Getting ready for summer tri's

My good friend Scott and I hanging out after workout. It was decided
that we will all do the Cresent Moon Triathlon on September 20, which
just happens to Laurie's birthday. Yeah!!!
