What a great turn out for our Halloween portraits in front of Nanytutu's Yarn Shop in Wellington. Thanks to all who visited. The trick or treaters looked great and we had such wonderful weather it is hard to believe it will get cold enough to snow in a few weeks. Laurie and I did super awesome! My favorite challenge was the little
mini bikes at Lee's cyclery. It was hard but fun! The food from the
Rio rocked too. Can't wait until next year!

Ohhh baby! Won't Laurie look so awesome in her new outfit! We ran our
mile time trial tonight. Laurie ran 11min 28 sec. And I came in at 12
min and 15 secs. It's time to go eat! Yeah!

Well, the time has come. Laurie and I are beginning our official triathlon training. We'll be heading out for a morning bike ride tomorrow. Sounds like a great way to start a Friday morning. Hopefully, it won't take long to get back into shape after having Kyler 3 months ago.
